Web Graphics Designer

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Creation of website/marketing designs that meet our client's business objectives and brand identity such as, website mockups, logo creation, etc.
Create print Media as needed
Be a team player, working closely with existing staff & Project Managers to create mockups and prototypes to establish and create style guidelines for new projects
Required experience using PC, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
Understand of color theory.
Prepare mockups (HTML/CSS) for development team.
Detail oriented and works well under tight deadlines.
Assist with daily updates as needed.

Help Desk / Customer Relations

2+ years experience in customer service and/or Help Desk. Comfortable with PCs.

Primary Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

MUST have great communications skills with a great attitude
Assisting our customers with configuration of their email (outlook, outlook express, windows mail etc)
Setup/changing/deleting email accounts on server as needed
Troubleshoot issues our clients may have with their email client
Answer the phones as needed and direct the calls accordingly
Follow up with currently clients surveying their needs for online marketing

Other responsibilities may consist of in-house basic e-commerce & cms training for clients
